GramGram couldn't help but blame the Curse of the Bambino for causing the most recent Red Sox failure. She also needed no help to convict her new nurse for stealing her serenity pads. The second to last time I saw her, her hand gripped mine tighter than before as her eyes trained on the buoyant girl Lisa. Her red hair was short, and Gram told her it was so; too short.  
 The next day my mom stirred from the humid pall of a silent summer afternoon to rise to the call, as sometimes described it, and restock the pads. I refused to accompany her, I was too content to allow the warm wash of sun on a lukewarm afternoon engulf me. I recall tha Gram

Hello,

It's been forever since I acted like I exist on this website but I know that it will be another forever before I exist after I submit this journal. I just wanted to let everyone know that I exist and that I am buried in my full time job, music lessons, the three bands I'm performing in right, getting ready for SYMS auditions, and getting ready for a possible concerto at SYMS... If anyone is interested (shameless propaganda) my concert schedule for the rest of the summer(a good chunk of my concerts are already finished up so here's what's left):

Sunday, July 27th, 8:00~9:00 P.M.
Lighting of the Bubble
York Beach, ME
Seacoast Wind Ensemble
This one's a sort of Christmas in July themed concert and it has a wonderful rhapsody of Hanukkah music that anyone can enjoy :)

Monday, July 28th, 7:00 P.M.
Hampton Falls, NH
Greater Hampton Area Community Band
This one is a fun summer pops type program with a little bit of everything between marches, Leroy Anderson, Porgy and Bess, and even a little Mozart medley.

... This is another one I'm not sure about ...

I'm 98% certain that they are all free. If you plan on attending a concert and need more information of directions let me know (you can send me a note or e-mail to christopher.foss@comcast.net I can transport up to three people if necessary and if they don't mind arriving between thirty minutes to an hour early and sitting there while the band warms up.
